The introductory session is free of charge, without commitment and it already brings new perspectives to your worklife.
How Does Coaching Proceed?
- Book a free introductory session. You’ll meet your coach, share your situation and the theme you’d like to focus on. At the end, we’ll discuss next steps, the coaching package that suits you best, and a schedule. If you wish, you can also experience what a coaching conversation is like. The introductory session lasts up to 60 minutes.
- Once you decide on the desired coaching solution, the coachee (individual/team/group) will receive an information package and access to a coaching folder before the first meeting.
- Coaching kick-off meeting: we’ll discuss goals in more detail and hold an orienting coaching session. When the employer sponsors coaching their representative is welcome to join the kick-off to share their perspective on the coaching goals.
- Coaching conversations: sessions are recommended approximately every two weeks, but always scheduled according to the coachee’s preferences and needs.
- Between sessions the coachee may receive small assignments to support progress. These help deepen insights and ensure continuous movement toward the desired goal.
- Closing session: after the final conversations, we hold a concluding coaching dialogue to summarize key learnings and results — and to anchor them for the future. When the employer sponsors coaching their representative is welcome to join the closing session.
